For Cover Kids consideration, submit a color portrait or photograph of your family or kids, with name(s) and birthday(s), plus parents' names, address & phone number.

No professionally photographed pictures can be accepted.
Please do not send dated pictures (seasonal).
Pictures should have no more than 3 children at a time in a photo.
All photos must be clear and high resolution quality.
